Attorney Melanie Mayer, a native Atlantan, was born into Atlanta real estate as the only child of an Atlanta real estate developer, she started her career developing and managing property.
Melanie graduated from Georgia State University Law School and began practicing real estate law dedicated to the principal that real estate closings should be accurate, efficient, educational, swift, and fun.
As a seasoned real estate attorney, with over twenty five years of experience in the greater Atlanta market, Melanie has a demonstrated ability to resolve complicated transaction issues combined with employing superior client service, to consistently produce superior results.
After working with some preeminent Atlanta closing firms, and running her own successful practice, Melanie has partnered with Sparks Law to start a real estate division to enable her to give more personal service to her own clients which include realtors, developers, lenders, and investors and to provide a more comprehensive service offering to Sparks Law clients.
Melanie enjoys educating about the closing process and loves working with first time home buyers as well as experienced purchasers and investors and is a frequent lecturer in the Atlanta real estate community.
Melanie also loves giving back to the community that has supported her and is an active member of the Rotary Club of Alpharetta.
